Caring for your visual appearance starts with caring about your internal health.  Exercise and good nutrition (not dieting) are important factors in having healthier bodies and skin.  And likewise, having healthy, glowing skin, and fit (not skinny) bodies are signs of good health. 

True beauty is linked closely to our health and will always come from within.  But how you carry yourself, your confidence, personality, your style and elegance, kindness, courage, intelligence and your smile will all come from great health.

Having said the above, this area is closely tied up with our body shape and how you feel about that.  When we look at body shape, it is also fair to say, there are plenty of stunning women that appear to be slightly larger, but their hour glass figures are amazing – just look at Adele, Queen Latifah and Sophia Loren.  You don’t have to be ‘skinny’ to shine, so don’t be too hard on yourself!  Be happy within yourself, and know that these women are stunners, but more importantly, you can be too.
