One of the products is Dr Sandra Cabot’s Gut Health program called:  Trio, Clean and Lean Detox.

It’s a 21 Day Detox program which includes superfood, gut repair and alkalinise sachets to increase energy, increase fat burning, reduce gut inflammation, fight off infections and detox the whole body.

InnerOrigin is a platform that is so, so new there are only a few products available at this time.  I’m really excited to see the company’s growth as its philosophy resonates with my inner being.

Truth On Labels is something I am totally passionate about and  I have a separate Facebook Page, STYLISH HEALTH – click here, on information that affects us on a daily basis around health.   Gut Health, General Health, information that we all need to be aware of can be found here.  Please feel free to comment and add your own articles that, as a community, we should be aware of.

Caring for your visual appearance starts with caring about your internal health.  Exercise and good nutrition (not dieting) are important factors in having healthier bodies and skin.  And likewise, having healthy, glowing skin, and fit (not skinny) bodies are signs of good health.

True beauty is linked closely to our health and will always come from within.  But how you carry yourself, your confidence, personality, your style and elegance, kindness, courage, intelligence and your smile will all come from great health.

Your food choices each day affect your health – how you feel today, tomorrow and in the future.  Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle.  Combined with some physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain the appearance you are striving to achieve and promote that healthy glow.

Having said the above, this area is closely tied up with our body shape and how you feel about that.  When we look at body shape, it is also fair to say, there are plenty of stunning women that appear to be slightly larger, but their hour glass figures are amazing – just look at Adele, Queen Latifah and Sophia Loren.  You don’t have to be ‘skinny’ to shine, so don’t be too hard on yourself!  Be happy within yourself, and know that these women are stunners, but more importantly, you can be too.

Connie Matthews The Stylish Director takes the time to consider your lifestyle and looks for a balance that fits with your daily situation and activities.  The good news is that no matter your goal, small steps, each day, towards your final destination, will help you live a healthier lifestyle.  Even modest improvements will increase your physical health, energy levels, mobility, general mood and self-confidence.

Your personal style and elegance will grow from your ‘dignified grace’ about your appearance.

An amazing quote from Drew Barrymore:

I think that being happy makes the biggest impact on your physical appearance.
